At Assurance Title, our Search & Holds are a preliminary (full) title search of the property, to disclose all matters of record. Our Search & Hold process allows us to disclose and eliminate any title problems ahead of time, prior to an accepted Offer to Purchase. We disclose and provide copies of maps, recorded easements, restrictions, covenants, or any other documents affecting the subject property.
