Assurance Title Services, Inc. opened in August 1984 with Barbara Schlieve
serving as general manager. Two years later, Barb purchased the company
and made a commitment to becoming a leader in the industry.
From the start, Assurance Title focused on professionalism and delivering quality
service. We also wanted to expand our offerings to include more parts of the
closing process. By making real-estate transactions easier for our customers,
we set a new standard for delivering exceptional customer service.

right. As a full-service title company, our process starts with
in-depth research at the courthouse. We then go on to provide an array of
title services such as title insurance, letter reports, closing and escrow
services, as well as construction escrow services.

Barbara J. Schlieve - President/Owner.
Barb’s
primary function is the overall direction of the company. In addition,
Barb handles the public relations and assists where needed in any
of the various departments. Barb is a licensed title insurance agent,
the primary construction escrow inspector and a back-up closing agent.
Barb’s message: “The title insurance industry has changed
drastically over the years, however, at Assurance Title, we continue
to learn and improve ourselves as a team.” |
Kim M. Maki - Executive Title
Administrator.
Kim started in the title insurance industry in 1990
and came to Assurance Title in 1997. Kim oversees all functions
of the title department and assists with public relations. Kim is
the primary licensed title insurance agent, and therefore handles
the title examining, proofing and answers all title questions and
concerns that arise.

Stephanie J. Kamrath-Wright -
Executive
Closing Administrator.
Stephanie has a banking background and came
to Assurance Title in 1995. Stephanie oversees all functions of
the closing department, is a senior closing agent and specializes
in all phases of the HUD Settlement closing preparation and the broker/realtor
closing statements. In addition, Stephanie assists with many phases
of the public relations of the company.

Karen S. Morton - Closing Administrator.
Karen has numerous years of experience working in the lending industry
and came to Assurance Title in 1998. Karen is a senior closing agent
and specializes in all phases of the HUD Settlement closing preparation.

Judith A. Felberg - Executive Title
Searcher.
Judy started in the title industry in 1986 and became a
licensed title insurance agent in 1997. With her many years of experience,
Judy was a great asset when she came to Assurance Title in 2000.
Judy performs all the title searching for Assurance Title.

Jacqueline J. Ludkey - Construction
Escrow Officer.
Jackie has an accounting background and previously
worked for a large construction firm when she came to Assurance
Title in 2002. Jackie oversees all functions of the construction escrow
department and in addition performs various accounting duties for
the company and prepares the broker/realtor closing statements.

Michele L. Fruehbrodt - Closing Coordinator.
Shelly has an extensive banking background and came to Assurance
Title in 2003. As Closing Coordinator, Shelly handles the scheduling
of all closings, and coordinates the closing processing from start
to finish. In addition, Shelly is a primary closing agent for the
company.

Shannon M. Dunlop - Title Administrator.
Shannon has a background in microcomputer specialties and joined
Assurance Title in 2004. As Title Administrator, Shannon prepares
the title commitments, policies and letter reports. |

Laura A. Reinders - Title Coordinator.
Laura has a clerical background and previously worked for the Oshkosh
Board of Realtors and Realtors Assoc. of Northeast Wisconsin. With
Laura's knowledge in the real estate world, she was a perfect fit
when she joined Assurance Title in 2005. As title coordinator, Laura
greets our customers both in person and on the phone and starts
the computerized title application process. In addition, Laura assists
with the final title policy preparation. |
Linda J. Schneider - Closing Coordinator.
Linda came to us with 9 years experience in the title industry, and previously was
in banking for 28 years. As Closing Coordinator, Linda works hand in hand with the
realtors and sellers and also prepares broker closing statements. Linda's extensive
experience and background creates a solid foundation for Assurance Title. |

Amy L. Montgomery - Public Relations Administrator.
Amy is currently working in both the title and closing departments. Amy came to us with
20 years experience in the banking industry. Amy is an active member in our community,
serving on many committees. As Public Relations Administrator, she will be assisting
with the direction of the public relations of the company.

Boon - Mascot.
Boon came to Assurance
Title in 1999 with one message in mind for everyone she works with: "You
can always teach an old dog new tricks". This has provided great incentive
over the years for the Assurance Title team. |
